Hi, I’m Ragen and I’m passionate about all things digital.
I am currently a Communications Specialist at US Med-Equip, where I enjoy helping healthcare heroes gain on-demand access to the crucial medical equipment needed in their life-saving work. Prior to my role at US Med-Equip, I was the Digital Marketing Coordinator at Your Legacy Legal Care (f.k.a. Hegwood Law Group), a growing estate planning and elder law firm in Clear Lake. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Houston in May of 2021 with my Bachelor of Science in Digital Media with an emphasis in eMedia and a minor in Technology Leadership and Innovation Management (TLIM).
My lifelong passion for art, music, technology, video games, film, and Internet culture inspires me to create the best deliverables that I can, backed by strategy, analytics, and the top trends in design. In my job, I like to wear many hats, constantly learn new skills, and I put passion into everything I do.
In my free time, I enjoy being with friends and family, cuddling with my cat, drawing, animating, gardening, watching movies, and playing video games. Some of my most recent hobbies have been staying active on co-ed softball teams, crochet, embroidery, and learning Japanese! Another fun fact about me is that I was in the Spirit of Houston marching band and Cougar Brass basketball band at UH for three years, the drum major of my high school military marching band, and I played the saxophone for about a decade.
