Lovejoy “Oh Yeah, You Gonna Cry?” Poster

This poster was inspired by the song “Oh Yeah, You Gonna Cry?” from the British indie band Lovejoy. I wanted to experiment with typography using their lyrics and iconography inspired by their album art. I challenged myself to use the color palette present in their album art while trying to visualize the upbeat, punchy, and chaotic tone of the song.
